PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

High-temperature sintered silver paste combined with high-temperature sintered components of alumina plate is used in chip-resistor and other components. The silver paste designed for high-temperature sintering process improves the heat resistance of silver through formulation design and provides electrical components at high temperatures. Through the combination of glass powder formula, it provides better reliability, such as great acid resistance and low TCR, which is our own professional technique.

KEY TECHNOLOGY
